Hi Phil. Based on your description, I have no idea. Do you think you can find a video/photo?
Anyone else?

Hi
I have seen several photos of an electric upright bass, which appears to have a conventional shape headstock and neck, and the body appears to be of metal tubular construction and shaped like a crossbow, on which is mounted the pickup, and played with a bow.
Please, any ideas as to maker and model? I have seen photos of folk group and classical usage.
Many thanks
